In 2007, a Memorial Fund was formed, beginning with a softball tournament, and the event continued to grow each year. The proceeds from our annual events were used to develop and maintain two ball fields at Holy Cross Catholic School. Later, funds were used to add bleachers, fencing, dug outs, irrigation, a batting cage and a storage shed/concession stand. Funds were also given to numerous local communities to help fund their baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and other athletic programs. Due to the field shortages in all the surrounding communities, hundreds of youth are able to utilize the fields maintained with money from The Fund. The Fund had given over $325,000 back to local communities, $35,000 in college scholarships, and thousands of dollars to Make A Wish and families in need.

     In 2017, our name changed to "Angels Among Us."  Despite this change, we remain the same dedicated non-profit organization with an unwavering commitment to our mission. Our goal is to provide essential funding for youth sports, address local community needs, award college scholarships, and support families in need. We believe in
fostering a strong, compassionate community by offering resources and opportunities to those who need them most. Our efforts continue to make a positive impact, ensuring that we uphold the values and dedication that have defined us from the beginning. To date we have given back $500,000 to the community and $50,000 in scholarships.

Angels Among Us is a 501(c)3 corporation. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, hope and resources to indi​viduals and families in need, fostering a community of compassion and kindness. We host fundraising events and all proceeds are given back to families in need, local communities, youth sports and college scholarships.
